Description Barcelona Solace: Barcelona

Original brick vaulted ceilings arch over the kitchen and dining area, while terracotta beams lend the living space a warmth that feels old Barcelona rather than dressed-up for tourists. The terrace is where the apartment earns its keep – generous enough for a proper alfresco dinner as the afternoon light shifts. Ducted air conditioning keeps things cool when the city turns up the heat, and a record player adds a nice touch for evenings in. The Sagrada Família and Girona metro stations are both close by, putting the rest of Barcelona well within reach.
