* There is a separate, self-contained apartment on the lower level of the villa that is occupied by a long-term tenant and is not part of your rental. You won't share any living spaces, but it's worth knowing you won't have the building entirely to yourselves.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
* Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones upon request.
* Toiny is one of St Barths' more secluded areas – you'll want to rent a car to reach restaurants, beaches, and the main town of Gustavia with ease.
* Housekeeping is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are swapped every two days and bed linen every three days.
