Welcome to Villa The property, also known as WV IDA, a luxurious 2+1 bedroom villa located in Lurin. This newly built villa offers breathtaking views of green rolling hills, palms, and orange flamboyant trees. With its clean lines, cool tones, and pops of color, this artfully-designed villa is the perfect blend of modernity and elegance.

The central great room seamlessly connects with the outdoors, creating a sense of harmony and tranquility. The dining area and open kitchen with a breakfast bar provide ample space for entertaining. The two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, offer privacy and comfort. Sliding glass doors in each bedroom lead directly to the terrace.

Outside, you'll find a sun-soaked area with couches and a covered dining area that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The heated infinity pool is surrounded by a gray deck with sunbeds, allowing you to relax in the sun or shade. Additional amenities include a gas grill, outdoor shower, iPod docking stations, Sonos sound system, satellite TV, and WiFi.

For larger groups or those seeking additional privacy, there is an independent studio with a kitchen available for rent as a third bedroom.

House cleaning services are provided six days a week to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Please note that during the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
