Villa The property, also known as WV LAV, is a stunning 7-bedroom villa nestled in the beautiful Petit Cul de Sac area. Surrounded by lush vegetation and rock formations, this recently built villa offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with its use of wood and stone accents.

The highlight of the villa is its turquoise pool, which sits amidst earthy tones, creating a serene and relaxing ambiance. Two bedrooms and the main living area open up to the pool, sundeck, and outdoor dining area, providing breathtaking views of Petit Cul de Sac.

Inside, guests will find ample seating in the comfortable living room, as well as an entertainment room equipped with modern amenities and a cardio-fitness walker. The well-equipped kitchen opens up to refreshing ocean breezes on both sides.

Each of the seven bedrooms features twin beds convertible to Euro king size, an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, and a dressing area with a safe. Every bedroom has its own unique color theme that complements the villa's wooden floors and earthy tones.

Guests can enjoy the lap pool located behind the main living area, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and refreshing breezes. The villa also offers WiFi and French and U.S. satellite TV for entertainment.

During high season, guests have access to the Form Fitness sports center and receive a complimentary breakfast of fresh baguettes and pastries. House cleaning services are provided six days a week (excluding holidays). Please note that during the December holiday period, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of the number of bedrooms used.

Villa The property is suitable for children aged 12 and older. Please keep in mind that there is a minimum two-week stay requirement in August.
