The Saffron Dream

Villa WV APE, also known as The Property, is a newly-built 2-bedroom villa with stunning views and a short distance from the beach. Located in St. Jean, the villa offers breathtaking views of Eden Rock and the sea beyond. The cozy villa consists of two bungalows with a large corner deck and an extended pool surrounded by a tropical garden. Outside, guests can enjoy ample space for dining, lounging, and sunbathing while being cooled by the refreshing Caribbean breezes. The outdoor space is completed with a shaded gazebo featuring a comfortable sectional sofa that can also serve as a daybed.

Inside the villa's main bungalow, guests will find a modern open kitchen with a large island separating the space from the living room. The living room offers comfortable seating, a TV with U.S. satellite and Apple TV, and large windows to capitalize on the stunning views. The first bedroom features large windows, plenty of natural light, and beautiful views. It includes a European king-sized bed, ensuite dressing room, and bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is located in a separate bungalow near the entrance and boasts a different color palette. Both bedrooms are equipped with Apple TVs.

Ideal for families with children or two couples vacationing together, Villa WV APE offers house cleaning services six days a week (excluding holidays). During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Please note that there are two friendly cats from next door that occasionally visit the property.
