Located in Marigot, Villa The property (also known as WV GRO) is a stunning 3-bedroom villa just a short walk away from the beach. Designed by a European architect, this modern villa features a minimalist style with clean-cut lines and natural materials. The spacious living area boasts large white sofas, a tangerine orange coffee table, and contemporary Italian lighting. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including stainless-steel refrigerators and Miele dishwashers. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own unique color scheme and ensuite bathroom with pebble-inlaid showers and double vanities. Outside, guests can relax on the large deck surrounding the infinity pool or take a stroll through the tropical gardens to the private coconut grove and access to the sea. House cleaning services are provided six days a week, ensuring a stress-free stay. Please note that during Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rate. Children aged 5 and older are welcome, while pets are not allowed.
