Villa The property, also known as WV ACA, is a stunning 3-bedroom villa located in the peaceful area of Toiny, just minutes away from the beach. Perched on a hill, this contemporary villa offers breathtaking ocean views and a serene atmosphere. Designed for outdoor living, the villa features a spacious living area that seamlessly blends with the outdoors, allowing guests to enjoy the natural breezes and beautiful surroundings. The living area includes multiple seating areas and even a billiards table. For movie enthusiasts, there is an air-conditioned home theater with a large screen and comfortable cinema seating. Outside, a deck with a large heated pool awaits, surrounded by loungers for ultimate relaxation. A hot tub is also available on a lower deck near the third bedroom. The villa boasts ample seating options in both sun and shade, offering guests the perfect spot to soak up the ocean views and gentle breezes. Inside, the master suite offers a separate office space, a classic dressing room, and a spacious bathroom with shower and his-and-hers vanities. The bedroom features a U.S. king-size bed and opens up to a private terrace overlooking the ocean. A separate door provides direct access to the pool for convenient early morning or midnight swims. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a second bedroom with a European king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with both interior and exterior showers, and a private terrace. Spiral stairs lead down to an air-conditioned game and fitness room as well as the third bedroom, which boasts a European king-size bed, an open bathroom with shower, and a private terrace that leads into a garden with a Jacuzzi. All bedrooms are equipped with U.S. satellite TV for entertainment purposes. Villa The property offers house cleaning services six days per week (excluding holidays) to ensure guests have a hassle-free stay. Please note that during the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
