Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a unique billiard table that converts into a spacious dining table for 6 guests.

The master bedroom, accessed through an office area, boasts a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with his and her showers, and even a pop-up flat-screen TV. Three additional bedrooms on the lower level offer queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. There is also a separate apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, terrace, queen bed, and ensuite bathroom.

Entertainment options abound in this villa, with a cinema room on the lower level next to a full bar with color-changing lights. For those looking to stay active during their vacation, there's also a well-equipped fitness room that opens up to the deck and heated pool with jets.
