Perched in the hills of Lurin, this villa earns its place on the island with panoramic views over St Jean Bay that reach you the moment you step inside. The living room opens fully on both sides to the trade winds, making air conditioning feel almost beside the point – though it's there when you want it. Outside, the infinity pool draws the eye straight to the horizon, and two dining terraces mean you can follow the light from lunch to candlelit evening without going far. Daily housekeeping and a roster of on-request services, from a private chef to a personal trainer, keep the pace effortless.

Home truths:
* The villa is spread across three levels, and one of the four bedrooms sits in a separate bungalow above the main level while another is on the lower floor – so your group won't all be sleeping on the same level.
* Housekeeping is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are swapped every two days and bed linen every three days.
* Also included with your stay is a personalised welcome at St-Jean Airport or Gustavia Port.
* There's a heated outdoor swimming pool here. Pool heating is available between 15th November and 30th April.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair at no additional cost. You'll need to request them in advance.
