Villa The property, also known as WV CRK, is a stunning 6-bedroom villa nestled in the hills of Petit Cul de Sac, just minutes away from the beach and shopping. With its beautiful garden setting and breathtaking views of the bay and hills, this villa offers a truly luxurious retreat.

The centerpiece of the villa is its open and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a large island and seating for 12 guests. Outside, there is a shaded outdoor dining area with a huge wooden slab table that can accommodate up to 16 people. The cozy living room features a comfortable sectional and a U.S. satellite TV.

The villa consists of 4 units on different levels, offering privacy and space for everyone. The master bedroom is located in a separate bungalow and boasts a private terrace with ocean views and an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower. There are also two guest bedrooms with outdoor showers in one unit, and three additional guest bedrooms with a large terrace and outdoor kitchen in another unit.

Outside, guests can relax in the heated infinity pool or unwind in the outdoor living area under the gazebo, which features a large corner couch and bamboo chairs. The deck with three large sun beds is perfect for soaking up the sunshine.

Villa The property also offers amenities such as WiFi, a sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers, and house cleaning service six days a week.

Please note that during the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
