Outdoors, the villa works on two levels: a private pool on the rear terrace for lazy afternoon swims, and a Jacuzzi at the front with views over Grand-Cul-de-Sac lagoon. The vaulted living room opens directly onto an alfresco dining terrace, making the boundary between inside and out feel almost irrelevant. A dedicated concierge team handles everything from airport arrivals to restaurant bookings.

* The villa is spread across three separate bungalows, so moving between the kitchen, living areas, and the bedroom in the detached bungalow means stepping outdoors each time. It's part of the open Caribbean character of the home, but worth knowing if you're travelling with young children or prefer everything under one roof.
* One of the en-suite bathrooms is located outside rather than inside the bungalow.
* Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
