All five king-size bedrooms open onto views of the bay, with one housed in its own bungalow for a little extra privacy. The covered terrace seats ten for long alfresco lunches, and the light-filled kitchen and living space keep that same blue horizon in frame. Daily housekeeping means the only thing on the agenda is deciding when to get out of the water.

Home truths:
* The villa is built across three levels, so you'll be moving between floors fairly regularly – whether heading to the lower bedrooms, the fitness room, or the pool terrace. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, it's worth discussing the layout with your host before booking.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. It's worth requesting these ahead of time to ensure everything is ready on arrival.
* Housekeeping is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Towels are swapped every two days and bed linen every three days.
