Villa WV BOR is a charming colonial style villa located above Nikki Beach in St. Jean, offering breathtaking ocean views. This 4-bedroom property has recently undergone renovations, including a newly renovated kitchen and upgraded interiors. The interior living room and dining area can be closed and air-conditioned or opened up to enjoy the fresh air and cool breezes. There is also an exterior living room, perfect for relaxing with a book or taking an afternoon nap outdoors.

The large deck features a gazebo where guests can dine while taking in the expansive ocean views and distant islands. The villa is situated mid-hillside in the desirable area above Nikki Beach, providing easy access to the beach and other attractions. The master bedroom features a Euro king bed, U.S. satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers.

Two additional bedrooms are located in a bungalow facing the ocean, with one room offering twin beds that can be pushed together to form a Euro king bed. The fourth bedroom is a small suite below the deck, featuring a separate living room with U.S. satellite TV, a kitchenette, and a bedroom with a Euro king bed.

The spacious pool deck is surrounded by lush vegetation and offers all-day sun, comfortable chaises, and a gazebo with an outdoor kitchenette and grill. There is also a cozy outdoor living room on the terrace for shaded relaxation.

Ideal for couples or families with children, Villa WV BOR provides house cleaning services six days a week (excluding holidays). During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
