Located in the beating heart of downtown Athens, this apartment puts the city's best at your fingertips. From football games at Sanford Stadium (a ten-minute walk away) to concerts at The Georgia Theatre (two minutes on foot), you'll be able to explore with ease – not to mention the vibrant nightlife, trendy restaurants, and excellent shopping nearby. As for the apartment itself, it's welcoming and contemporary. There's an open-plan kitchen where you can rustle up Southern favourites, as well as a cosy bedroom. Even with two guests sleeping on the sofa bed, it feels pretty roomy. Central, convenient, and comfortable – that's all our boxes ticked.

*Construction work is ongoing in the building right next door, occurring on weekdays only. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a US queen-sized sofa bed in the living area.
*The only full bathroom here is the en-suite off the main bedroom. Those sleeping on the sofa bed will need access to the bedroom.
*Parking in Athens can be tricky, so we suggest exploring on foot instead of driving. You'll have everything you need within walking distance here.
*This home is on a main road and can be noisy, especially on weekend nights. Game days and event days will be particularly busy downtown (and parking will be a challenge), so please plan ahead.
