Serenity on the River

Make this warm and welcoming home your base for adventures in Aspen. In winter, you’ll love being walking distance from the gondola and staying on the ground floor (no struggling up the stairs with skis here). And in summer it’s just as special, with easy access to hiking and biking trails. There are two private patios (one overlooking Roaring Fork River) for breakfast or barbecues, plus two cosy bedrooms (and an additional sofa bed) so you can sleep soundly after a day on the slopes. You'll find a communal hot tub and heated pool here too – open year-round for an après-adventure wind down.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The en-suite bathroom has two sinks, one of which is located just outside the bathroom so two people can get ready at once.
*The super king bed in the second bedroom can be set up as two twin beds on request.
*You'll have access to the on-site outdoor pool and hot tub here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*Free parking is available for one car. A parking pass for a second car is available on request.
*Guests can use the city's complimentary, on-demand ride service to get around. Simply download the app and request a ride.
*The Ruby Park Transit Center across the street offers a free bus service to the three other nearby mountains and the local airport.
