The kitchen is particularly swish with its granite-topped island adding loads of extra prep space. When it comes to heading into town, you're about 30 minutes from downtown Dallas, with all its bars, shops, and restaurants. Though there's plenty to explore right on your doorstep – the AT&T Stadium is super close by, as is the University of Texas Arlington campus.
