Apple Valley Retreat

On the outskirts a tiny southern Utah settlement with almost no light pollution sits this equally tiny home. But don’t be fooled – while it is small, it has plenty to offer. Climb up the steps to the patio and find a barbecue, outdoor table and hot tub. Step inside and experience the remarkable use of limited space – to the right, a nook with two single beds, and above, the living area with a pull-out sofa. The kitchen anchors the home, and the opposite side houses the bathroom (downstairs) and the main sleeping nook (upstairs). When you’re ready to explore the desert, the Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce Canyon and more awe-inspiring sights are within easy driving distance.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. As this home is a small space with only one bathroom, it could get a little cramped at full occupancy.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob, as well as a barbecue outside. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*There are no in-unit laundry facilities here.
*The hot tub (not pictured) is below the patio area.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking onsite.
*Guests have access to an EV charger and a playground near the home. They're shared with other residents.
