Nestled conveniently between the resort towns of Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, this functional apartment provides a solid base for couples and families eager to bask in the grandeur of the French Riviera. While there's room for four (plus one baby) thanks to the living room sofa bed, this home is best saved for up to two travellers, who can make the best use of the living and dining area, well equipped kitchen, queen size bed, and garden view terrace (though mind the step on the way outside). You'll also be free to use the on-site pool and tennis court, and if culture calls, you can reach Antibes on foot and Cannes by car within twenty minutes.

*There is a large partition (approximately 30cm) between the kitchen and the outdoor terrace – make sure to watch your step.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*There is unrestricted free on-street parking here. You can also use the nearby Intermarché supermarket car park.
*You'll have access to the on-site pool, tennis court and petanque court here. Your host can provide rackets, tennis balls, and petanque balls.
*The shared swimming pool is only available for use between 1st May and 30th September. If you intend to stay for more than seven days during this period, your host will provide pool towels.
