The pool terrace is framed by bougainvillea, and there's a sauna and a gym with sea views for days when you want to stay close to home. Daily cleaning keeps things effortless, while the elegant lounge with its fireplace connects to the dining area where mountains fill the frame behind the table. Port d'Andratx, one of Mallorca's most glamorous sailing harbours, is a thirty-eight-minute walk away.

* Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Parking here is in an open-air car park within the same building as the villa – it's not a private garage or driveway.
* The villa spans four floors, so you'll be using the stairs regularly as you move between the living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces.
* The swimming pool is only available for use between April and October.
* While the seventh bathroom isn't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
* Cleaning services are provided for four hours per day here.
