Description Lookout on 30A: Alys Beach

Sugar-white sand, a private pool, and a third-floor lookout tower – this house on Florida's 30A coast is built for groups who want more than a beach rental. The fenced backyard pulls everything together: shaded dining for long afternoons, a barbecue for evening cookouts, and loungers for when the pool's enough. Beach access is just steps away within the gated community, and a four-passenger golf cart and adult bikes are included for exploring further afield.
