A golf cart and six adult bikes are included for exploring the neighbourhood, and Rosemary Beach's cobblestone streets and boutiques are a fourteen-minute drive when you need a change of scene.

Home truths:
* The lift is not available for guest use, so you'll be navigating stairs across all three levels – plus the fourth-floor observation deck – for the duration of your stay. Worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
* The pool door alarm is a Walton County legal requirement – it sounds whenever the door is slightly open, and you'll need to manually turn it off each time you exit the pool area.
* Bath towels and linens are provided but must stay in the home – bring your own beach and pool towels for days by the water.
* Access to the community beach club is not included with your stay – it is a members-only club and day passes cannot be purchased, so you won't be able to access it during your visit.
* There's free parking for up to three cars here.
