Tucked inside a gated community on Florida's 30A coast, this home puts the beach and boardwalk access just steps from the front door. The observation tower is a highlight – climb up for panoramic Gulf views that stretch well beyond the treetops, then wind down poolside beneath the palms or gather for dinner in the dining room overlooking the greenery. Six complimentary bikes make it easy to explore the nature trails and coastal villages nearby, and Rosemary Beach's boutique shops and cafes are a fifteen-minute drive along the coast.

Home truths:
* You'll have two designated parking spaces here, and only two vehicles are permitted through the community security gate – no exceptions, even for a quick drop-off or unload. Please note that the garage is not in use.
* The resort's beach club is a members-only facility and is not included in your stay. Day passes cannot be purchased.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* From 1st March to 31st October, one beach service set (including two beach chairs and one umbrella) is included.
* Six complimentary adult bikes are provided – handy for exploring the resort and coastline.
