Description Gulf Delight: Alys Beach

Few Gulf-coast retreats can match the range on offer here – a private pool and spa, a regulation pickleball court, a third-floor bar with sweeping Gulf views, and gated beach access leading straight to the sugar-white sands. Six bikes and a golf cart make exploring the 30A coastline effortless, while Alys Beach – with its striking Bermudan architecture and cafes – is a seventeen-minute walk. Rosemary Beach's boutique shops are a thirty-three-minute stroll in the other direction. For a large group that wants everything in one place, this estate delivers.

Home truths:
* You'll need to pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home may not be taken outside except for laundering.
* One of the bedrooms doubles as an office and contains a sofa bed sleeping two guests.
* The bikes and golf cart are yours to use, but both require signed liability waivers before you head out.
* The pool alarm must remain active at all times.
* If you're travelling with little ones, a high chair and pack-and-play are available at the home.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
