Sitting right by one of Florida's rare coastal dune lakes, this house is a real gem. Here, the water is on your doorstep and the Gulf is visible just beyond it. The shaded balcony off the main bedroom is the obvious place to start each morning, with lake views stretching out ahead of you. Design-wise, the space is sophisticated and modern – a contemporary spin on the typical coastal decor. A golf cart and four bikes come with the house, making it easy to explore the wider 30A corridor, and beach access means the sugar-white sand is never far off.

* The fireplace and elevator are not available for guest use during your stay.
* The community's beach club is members-only – you won't be able to access it during your stay, and day passes cannot be purchased.
* Remember to bring your own beach and pool towels.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* Your host provides four adult bikes and a golf cart to get around the community with ease.
* From 1st March to 31st October, your stay includes one beach service set, consisting of two beach chairs and one umbrella.
