Dune Lake Crossing

Tucked inside a gated community on Florida's 30A coastline, this apartment is built around the kind of outdoor living that makes a beach trip feel effortless. The wraparound porch stretches across the Gulf-facing side, framing views of sugar-white dunes that shift beautifully at sunset – and an outdoor fireplace patio keeps things going after dark. Private deeded beach access via a boardwalk is a short stroll away, and the community pool is equally close. Inside, each bedroom has its own bathroom, so families and groups can spread out without compromise.

Home truths:
* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* Bath towels and bed linens must stay in the home, so you'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels.
* You'll have access to the community swimming pool here. It's shared with the resort's other residents.
* The nearby beach club is not accessible to guests – it is members-only and day passes cannot be purchased, so factor that in when planning your time on the water.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
