A secluded courtyard with a heated pool and Jacuzzi spa makes this Rosemary Beach home feel like a private resort – somewhere the whole group can unwind long after a day on the Gulf's sugar-white sands, reached via an adjacent boardwalk just steps away. Vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors give the living room an easy, light-filled ease, while a separate carriage house means large groups have real breathing space. Five bikes are yours to borrow, and Rosemary Beach Town Square – with its boutiques and cafes – is a ten-minute walk.

* This home comprises a main house and a carriage house that sleeps six.
* Bedroom four can sleep up to six people in two single-over-double bunk beds, and bedroom five can sleep up to six people in four single beds and a king-size bed. We think these rooms might be best suited to children.
* The outdoor fireplace in the courtyard is not available for guest use – the pool and outdoor kitchen are your go-to evening spots outside.
* As well as a private swimming pool, you'll have access to the on-site communal pool here. It's shared with the complex's other guests.
* Guest parking is available directly in front of the home.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
