Meltemi Marble

Perched on the hillside above Agios Romanos, this villa makes the most of its Aegean position. The infinity-edge pool seems to spill straight into the sea, and the terraces are angled to catch every last minute of the sunset. Outdoor dining by the barbecue, shaded lounging, a fireplace for cooler evenings – the rhythm of a stay here tends to follow the light. It's also naturally sheltered from the Meltemi winds, so the open-air spaces remain comfortable well into the season. Agios Romanos Beach is less than a five-minute drive away when you're ready to explore.

Home truths:
* The villa is split across three separate buildings, so you'll be stepping outside to move between the bedrooms and the main living and dining spaces. It's a layout that suits groups who value independence.
* The fifth bedroom is on the lower level and is only available on request – if you're planning to use it for your group, make sure to flag this when booking. The twin beds in that room can also be converted to a king-size bed on request, and the beds in the second bedroom can be switched between twin and king configurations too.
* Agios Romanos is a quiet residential area above the coast, so you'll want a car to reach the beach, the nearest village, and Tinos Town. Your parking space is private and included with the villa.
* Please note that the property caretaker resides on-site, in independent quarters – though your privacy is guaranteed.
