* One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
* For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot – worth requesting in advance to make sure it's ready on arrival.
* You'll find four parking spaces here – two in front of the home and two in front of the garage – but the garage itself isn't available to guests.
* In winter, road conditions can make four-wheel drive or snow chains necessary to reach the home, so factor that in when planning your transport.
* If you're planning to barbecue, note that charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county – the deck barbecue is gas only, so there's no need to pack charcoal.
