The Garden Quarter

In Ciudad Jardín, one of Madrid's quieter residential barrios, this apartment offers a calm retreat without sacrificing city access – Prosperidad and Alfonso XIII metro stations are both nearby. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living room with light, and the main bedroom is dressed for proper rest rather than an afterthought. What lifts this above the typical city apartment is the building's pool set among lush greenery and a gym with garden views – rare perks for a Madrid address. Tree-lined streets and green spaces complete the picture outside.

Home truths:
* The laundry room is not inside the apartment – it's a shared space elsewhere in the building, so you'll need to head downstairs to do a wash.
* The building pool and gym are a great bonus, but they don't run year-round and may have set opening hours – it's worth checking with your host before your stay if you're planning to use them.
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* The apartment is 47 sqm, so it's a compact base for two – cosy enough, but if you're a group of four using the sofa bed in the living room, space will be snug.
* This host requires your check-in to be within 3-5 days from when the last booking ends. If you are unsure if your dates will work or need help finding alternatives, please contact our Matchmaking Team.
* The only bathroom here is an en-suite off the main bedroom – at full occupancy, privacy may be limited.
