Four complimentary bikes make it easy to explore the neighbourhood's European-inspired streets, and Rosemary Beach's town centre – boutiques, galleries, and restaurants – is a seven-minute walk. When you need a change of scene, four community pools are also at your disposal, including an adult-only option. The beach itself is a six-minute walk away.

* Your courtyard or lot may be shared with an adjacent carriage house that is either owner-occupied or rented to a separate group of guests – so you may have neighbours in close proximity.
* You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels. Bath towels and linens from the home can't be taken off-site, so pack accordingly before heading to the beach.
* There is on-site parking for two vehicles here. If you're arriving as a larger group with more than two cars, plan ahead as additional parking is not provided.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
