Palm trees, Gulf views, and a private pool with a hot tub waiting just outside the door – this Seacrest Beach house is built for groups who want a proper coastal retreat. Spread across three levels with a lift, it has all the makings for large-scale family gatherings – a chef's kitchen for shared meals, balconies for catching the sea breeze, and a game room stocked with pinball, shuffleboard, and a PS5 for little ones. The beach is directly across the street, and a six-seat golf cart is included for reaching the nearby cafes and boutiques. If that's not the definition of paradise, we don't know what is.

Home truths:
* One bedroom has two sets of queen-over-queen bunk beds – we think these are best suited for children. Another set of bunk beds is available in the hallway.
* The spa hot tub runs on a timed evening schedule rather than on-demand. It's heated from 5pm to 11pm.
* There's free parking for up to five cars on the driveway.
* Your host provides bikes and a six-seat golf cart for exploring the nearby area.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host has a high chair and pack-n-play travel cot available here.
* Beach towels are not provided for pool or beach use, so pack your own or plan to pick some up locally on arrival.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
