Description Yachts on the Boca: Boca Raton

Sitting directly on the Boca Raton Intracoastal Waterway, this apartment puts the water right in front of you – from the living room, the main bedroom, and the private enclosed patio where boats drift past at eye level. The community pool sits on the Intracoastal too, with lounge chairs and a fire pit lounge for slower evenings. The beach is a ten-minute walk away, and the iconic Boca Raton Resort and Club is seven minutes on foot. For families, there's a cot, high chair, and beach essentials already waiting.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* Laundry is available via shared facilities within the building rather than in-unit – worth factoring in if you plan a longer stay.
* You'll have access to the on-site pool, fire pit lounge, and fitness centre here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* You'll have one dedicated, reserved parking space included with the apartment. If you're arriving with more than one vehicle, you'll need to make alternative arrangements nearby.
