Description Intracoastal Morning: Boca Raton

Sitting right on the Intracoastal Waterway, this Boca Raton apartment puts Florida's easy rhythm front and centre. The private balcony is made for slow mornings watching boats drift past, while the building pool – one floor down – sits alongside the waterway so you can swim with that same view. South Inlet Park and the beach are a five-minute walk away, and the apartment comes stocked with beach essentials so nothing stands between you and the sand. Lake Boca Raton is practically on the doorstep, making this a solid base for anyone who wants water on all sides.

Home truths:
* You'll have access to the on-site pool, hot tub, lounge and barbecue area, and gym here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
* Parking here is on the tighter side – one space comes with the apartment, but if you're arriving with two cars you'll need to use the car park across the street, which is just a few steps away.
