Description Intracoastal Mornings: Boca Raton

Ground-floor living on the Intracoastal means boat traffic drifts past your patio on one side, while the shared pool and waterfront barbecue lounge sit just steps from your front door on the other. The setup lends itself to easy, unhurried days – morning coffee with a waterfront breeze, an afternoon dip, an evening by the water as the light changes. South Inlet Park's fishing pier and Atlantic views are an eleven-minute walk away, and the iconic pink facade of Boca Raton Resort and Club is a five-minute stroll, making this a quietly well-placed base for the area.

Home truths:
* At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
* Because the apartment is on the ground floor near a walkway, a couple of guests have noted that people passing by can see directly inside – you may find yourself keeping the blinds closed for privacy.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot on request.
* You'll have access to the on-site pool and hot tub here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
