If you find that adventure is calling, you can venture out to some of the most beautiful white beaches around, or head to North Jutland. It might take you over an hour to get there, but the small town is known for its craftsmen, painters, ceramic artists and glass blowers. Remember to grab smoked mackerel and fish from one of the many beach booths. The fresh seafood is unparalleled and would go very well on a slice of rye and a shot of the national drink, akvavit.
