There's something rather grand about this apartment in the historic centre of Venice. The high ceilings, parquet flooring and tall windows combine together for a classy backdrop, against which the selection of contemporary furnishings and modern artwork really stand out. Add to that an industrial-style kitchen, a few large bedrooms and boldly coloured bathrooms, and you have an address that is as memorable as the city outside the front door. Through the windows, it's possible to see the spectacular dome of Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute that sits on the other side of the Grand Canal. Closer to home, there are designer boutiques running along the apartment's street, while the Teatro La Fenice opera house is only a two-minute walk away.
