Relax with a glass of Prosecco on the altana, a typical Venetian rooftop terrace – we love the breathtaking 360-degree views of the city. Inside, with its ornate furniture, beautiful paintings and baroque atmosphere, you can imagine hosting a masquerade within its walls. It encapsulates the beauty and richness of this once-mighty empire. This home has probably one of the comfiest sofas – it's made of down and feather, so it's very soft, and you'll sink right into it – we felt like Lord Byron lounging here. The location is as splendid as this apartment – historic Piazza San Marco and Accademia Bridge are just over a five-minute stroll. Opera lovers will be over the moon to learn that Teatro La Fenice is a mere three-minute saunter. Your lovely hosts can arrange cultural guides and boat excursions to ensure you get the most out of your time in this stunning city.

This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Caroline and Marco are Venetians and lived in Milan and London for years before returning to their hometown. Caroline has been the youngest female manager in the Association of Industrialist ever and Marco had managing roles in the IT distribution business in UK for many years. Today, they’re full-time hosts and they love it – together, they also have two children (Jacopo and Nicolò), and a cat named Albus Dumbledore.
