Located just a short walk from Flamands beach, this modern 2-bedroom villa offers a stunning view of the bay and nearby island. With elegant and contemporary decor, the villa features two equal-size bedrooms with 4-poster king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and access to the terrace with a view. The second floor living area opens onto a large deck with a covered dining area, perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the panoramic ocean view. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Outside, guests can relax on the terrace or take a dip in the infinity edge pool. Amenities include WiFi, a sound system inside and out, gas grill, and French satellite TV. Please note that there may be some road noise as the villa is located directly above a crossing. House cleaning services are provided six days a week (except holidays), and during the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
