Head past the village cricket green and fishing pond to reach the property at the top of a farm track set on the outskirts of the pretty village of Wellow. There are two pubs in the village along with local restaurants and takeaways with supermarkets and butchers, all 1.5 miles away. Visit the nearby Sherwood Forest offering countless footpaths and forests to explore and blow off the cobwebs with some fresh air. There are two fantastic spas within a short drive if you would like to spoil yourself, and many outdoor pursuits such as paintballing and archery are available at the nearby parks. Nearby Rufford Abbey (2.5 miles) and National Trust Clumber Park (8.5 miles) are well worth a visit.

Approach the property via the external steps that lead you to the barn entrance, once inside you will immediately notice the beautiful stone floor and character panelled walls. Wander on through to the farmhouse kitchen which offers an electric Range style cooker and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave. Gather together around the central dining table with enough space to comfortably seat 12 people. The lounge is a cosy place to relax – on cooler evenings light the open fire, sink back into the comfy sofas, and pop something on the Smart TV. Upstairs you will find a king-size bedroom, twin bedroom, and double bedroom with an additional single day bed, and an en-suite shower room and WC.
