With Roma Termini station just around the corner, this is the perfect spot for those visiting Rome for a weekend trip. It’s a neighbourhood bursting with restaurants, bars, and cafés, and well-connected to trains, trams, and the metro, located just a six-minute walk away. Most importantly, you'll find all of Rome’s biggest sites close by too. Wander the bustling streets leading you to the Colosseum, just over twenty minutes away on foot, making a pit-stop first at the famous Roman ice cream parlour, Fassi dating back to 1880 and located rather dangerously just long from your apartment. And despite its central location, you’ll be surprised at how quiet this home is, thanks to the communal inner courtyard that welcomes you the moment the grand lobby doors of this historic building open. But there’s nothing dated about the interiors of this completely renovated home. The owners have kept the space sleek and modern to make the most of the natural light, which floods the space. We particularly like the charming little balcony that overlooks the courtyard. Open the shutters wide and let the fresh air drift in as you enjoy an Italian breakfast and hatch plans for your day's adventure in the Eternal City.

Host
This home is managed by Gianluca
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. As soon as we met him, we could tell that Gianluca was a bit of a perfectionist. He stays in contact with many of his former guests, and we were particularly touched by all their messages displayed in the apartment’s window.
