This is a stunning modern holiday villa that offers guests a high level of comfort and sophistication. The gleaming white, cubically constructed house features numerous huge windows that let in the typical Mediterranean light and create an inviting modern ambience. The villa boasts a covered terrace with dining table and chairs, an 8m-long saltwater pool, and comfortable loungers where guests can relax. Additionally, there is an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and pool table perfect for entertaining. The rooms inside the villa extend over two floors and include a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a beautiful dining table, inviting giant sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms in total, one on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area, and two on the upper floor, one with balcony access. The villa also offers stunning views of the beautiful harbor of Pula from the balcony.
