Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

The first thing that grabbed us at this sleek, modern apartment, was the fantastic view over the Duoro River. From the private terrace, you can see all the way to the shambling old town of Porto, a ten-minute drive away. Out here, you’ve got a comfy sofa and touches of greenery, making a peaceful spot for an evening tipple or two. Inside, you’ve got gallery-white walls and a soothing palette of blues and greys. Plush velvet chairs surround a dining table big enough for the group, and box shelves display precision pot plants and ceramics, adding a touch of character. In terms of location, you’re outside the city centre, but the old wine warehouses, shambling streets and bars and restaurants of Porto are just a ten-minute car journey or taxi drive away.

Bonfim is a neighbourhood where you can really blend in and live like a local. It’s not at all overrun by tourists.
