Situated near Sé do Porto and Bolsa Palace, this is an excellent base for those who want to explore the city’s cultural hotspots and restaurants. The apartment is simple and functional, with a balcony for sipping sundowners after a day along the Douro River (speak to your host to arrange a tour). While a great choice for those visiting on business, your host can also provide a cot and high chair for little ones, and there’s a sofa bed that could comfortably accommodate two extra guests.
