Rarely veering from a black-and-white colour scheme, the interior of this apartment is solid, if a little unremarkable, when taken on its own merits. Thankfully, there are lots of outdoor amenities that bump it up the pecking order. Not only is there a covered balcony with a view of the surrounding valley, but there's also a private rooftop terrace on which to soak up some rays. Add to that a communal swimming pool back down at ground level, plus Arenal Beach only two hundred metres from the front door, and it's never been easier to bask in the Mediterranean's glorious climate.
