Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Housed in a beautiful Haussmann building, this is a sophisticated, well-decorated home in the affluent 13th arrondissement. Close to the Latin Quarter, the neighbourhood is fairly untouched by tourists, and consequently very quiet. Locally, there are many typical bistros, cheery cafés, and bakeries to sink your teeth into, while it's just a stone's throw away from Olympiades station with good links into the centre of Paris – hop on the metro and be at the Panthéon and Luxembourg Gardens in less than half an hour. The apartment itself is bright and elegant, thanks to the belle époque decor and styling. Not to mention the ornate wall mouldings, antique furnishings and wrought-iron balcony that will transport you back to a bygone era of masquerade balls and 15th-century grandeur. Your host is warm and welcoming to boot, making this a great choice for those guests who are planning a long, enjoyable stay under the City of Lights.
