A decadent ode to Haussmannian elegance, this beautiful apartment located a three-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées is just the ticket for those looking for a luxurious Parisian stay. From its parquet floors to its ornate plasterwork ceilings, the living room is the epitome of Old World glamour, blended expertly with contemporary furnishings to create the perfect balance of old meets new. We love how much natural light fills this open-plan space thanks to the French doors that lead onto romantic Juliet balconies – the ideal spot to perch with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The dining area beckons chic soirées as the city’s lights twinkle just outside, while the two quiet courtyard-facing bedrooms are serene spaces where a restful night’s sleep comes easy. There's a desk space in the main bedroom too should you need to catch up on work, though we find that insouciant lounging is more in keeping with this home's atmosphere. When you’re not living sitting pretty in your aristocratic abode, go out and explore the many sights around you, not least of all the shops lining the Champs-Élysées. The Arc de Triomphe is a fifteen-minute walk, Place de la Concorde is walkable in twenty and the city’s most iconic emblem – the Eiffel Tower – is twenty-five minutes away on foot.

About Arc de Triomphe - Champs-Élysées

The Champs Elysees is one of the most famous streets in the world, so be prepared to come up against a fair few tourists, though you can sidestep the hordes pretty easily by exploring the side streets just off the main drag. For most, it's a mandatory stop, if only to catch a glimpse of the monumental Arc de Triomphe which crowns the avenue and which was commissioned by Napoléon...
