Located within a historic building in a prime Marais spot close to the exclusive Place des Vosges, this home's traditional spaces have been refreshed with a stroke of eclectic minimalism. An airy living space with ample seating and surrounded by artistic pieces offers the opportunity for a large group to relax and socialise. The sleek kitchen-diner captured our attention the most thanks to its incredible design. With three air-conditioned bedrooms plus a nursery, a family with a taste in contemporary interiors will have plenty of room to comfortably spread out.

We found some of the kitchen appliances to be very sophisticated, so this home would suit those who enjoy state-of-the-art amenities
The master bedroom which is in mezzanine has an ensuite bathroom - it is not visible through the photos but it was well renovated with a nice shower
