This functional one-bedroom apartment shines for its location in the heart of the Marais – just a pleasant stroll away from most of the central sights. Equipped with a modern kitchen and smart dining area, it's a practical home for a couple also looking to spend a little time at home. Admittedly, the aesthetic is a little simple and the amenities list not as extensive as some of our other homes, but with such a great location, Durance provides good value as well as fresh and modern spaces.
