You can even nip to Monte Carlo in just half an hour.

A recently renovated period home, built into a sloping, gated plot, and with stunning sea views, it's luxurious and comfortable with a homely feeling. All-white walls make for a bright and modern space, and we love the arched windows, charming front door and impressive original staircase. Built for leisure, you'll have a choice of ways to while away your care-free time here – with a gorgeous private pool, hot tub, cinema room and basketball court. There's a sauna off the main bathroom if you want to sweat it out and a home gym with equipment. You can even work from home if you have to – accompanied by the fish in the aquarium next to the desk.

But it's all about the sunset here and the incredible colours over the sea are best enjoyed from the home's deck. A quiet, private spot, it's a real joy to spend time here.
