For anyone looking to stay in the Upper East Side, here's a solid choice. Yes, The Persimmons might be a small studio but it's been recently renovated and has all the amenities you might need. Its decor is simple yet sophisticated and there's a sense of charm that many other corporate style apartments don't have. And despite its size, it's quite well appointed with a rainfall shower and separate desk space.
